The entire machine utilizes internationally recognized brand components and software, ensuring stable and reliable quality. The user interface features multi-set touch screen controls and computer-based order management, making it user-friendly. Orders can be replaced more quickly (with the capacity to store up to 999 advance orders). The machine's shaft and roller are made from high-quality steel and undergo grinding processes, featuring high-precision dynamic balancing correction and hard chromium plating on the surface. For critical driving components, heavy-duty self-aligning bearings are used, allowing for straightforward maintenance and a long lifespan. The engine's lubrication system operates with an automatic spray type, equipped with a device that ensures balanced oil levels across all units.

Adjusting the suction frequency allows for modification of the airflow, while the pressure of the wind can be controlled by the dimensions of the paperboard, enhancing the stability and precision of both thin and bent boards during conveyance. The paper feeding roller system employs a pneumatic type of elastic paper plastic shaft to preserve the integrity of the corrugated paperboard. A cleaning brush removes debris from the paperboard's surface, and a high-pressure fan draws away any impurities, thereby enhancing the quality of the printing. The 10.4-inch color touchscreen manages the paper feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, and die-cutting unit. It features a one-time reset, allows for order storage, and has memory locations. The production speed can reach 60, 80, 100, or 120 pieces per minute, with cruise control, infrared photoelectric counting, and the ability to preset the order quantity.

The paperboard remains resilient after the pre-loading round and pre-line pressing. The up-creasing roller is packaged with polyurethane to prevent damage to the cardboard.The single roller double blade slotter features a PLC and digital electric system for adjusting carton height, controlled via a touchscreen interface.  The slotting phase involves a PLC and electric digital input that allows for 360-degree adjustments, with both stop and operation settings being adjustable. (It is also possible to choose PLC and touchscreen adjustments.) The slotting knife holder and creasing roller have lateral movements that use a synchronized electric adjustment. With the PLC touchscreen, users can input the carton size directly for automatic adjustment.  The clearance for line pressing is adjusted and secured through a self-locking turbine box that uses a free wrench.The slotting knife's carton height adjustment includes collision protection to prevent damage to the machine.

The printing roller features a hanging plate mechanism, with a fixed volume edition shaft and the ability to hang all editions of the slot, controlled by a foolproof switch for forward and reverse operation. This design facilitates easy loading and unloading of the printing plates. The rubber roller in the ink distribution system is constructed with a steel tube coated with wear-resistant rubber, allowing for effective medium-height specific grinding and ink transfer (the optional two-way ink system enhances network printing results). Additionally, each group is equipped with a low ink alarm system. The anilox roller, produced by "Haili" in Jiangsu, has a ground surface and includes a checkered hard chrome plating. There is also an optional ceramic anilox roll available, with grid lines ranging from 300 to 600, which can be chosen as needed. For printing phase and axial adjustment, a planetary gear mechanism is utilized, with PLC touch screen control and an electric digital adjustment feature that allows for 360° modification (both stop and start adjustments are possible).
